Very disappointed with the customer service at Swain. I drove all the way from Atlanta to look at a vehicle that I was interested in. Though I bought the vehicle & love it, the customer service that I received was beyond poor. It took me over a month to receive the title & the financial dept told me it would be a “soft pull” on my credit seeing that I was preapproved for more than the amount of the car.... but it was a hard pull & dropped my credit score. Very disappointing experience as far as being a customer.
