Medical service was fine. I went in to get a flu shot in 2008. Received the shot after just a short wait as a walk-in/non-appointment. Paid cash ($25) and got the receipt. Afterward tried to get reimbursement from FFC as my insurance pays 100% for flu shot. Called FFC several times. Each time the response has been, "Thank you. We'll take care of that right away." Still awaiting reimbursement... it's been over a year.
I drive almost an hour to bring my family to this clinic. I love all the ladies that work here. They make a point to take care of us like no other facility has ever done!

If you're going to use FFC be sure to use your FSA card or write a check. Don't pay cash if you're expecting reimbursement/refund. You may be disappointed.
