I have been here a while Everything was good I was paying by auto draft every month And now this month they didn't take anything out I had no idea until I went to get something out of my storage They blamed It on my bank Even though everything's been fine for months and nothing has changed With my bank or my debit card So I called the bank. Bank says they Don't have any record of them even trying to charge me So they are going to blame it on me even though it's their fault and now I have to pay a late fee for something that's not my fault.Stay away from here They will make you pay for their mistakes
This is the best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit. Even though the manager was extremely busy with current tenants coming & going, she balanced providing them with the help they needed while at the same time making sure I received what seemed like her undivided attention. Kathryn has such a warm personality & is also a hoot to be around. She is the perfect balance of professional vs personable. Within a maximum of 30 - 45 minutes the perfect unit was rented & a lifelong friendship made. Tellus would be wise to keep this young spirited lady around forever.
