Manager Clay is a complete moron. No type of customer service. There are hundreds of storage units all over the Jackson area do yourself a favor and pick another one. They don't send any bills or invoices but want to be upset when you don't know your balance. Originally I was told that there were no online payment methods then when I left my phone number on a check I got a VERY rude call from Clay in which he continued to talk over me when I was trying to talk. Apparently they do have other methods to pay that have been available for 14 years however this storage unit has none of the fancy amenities that would persuade you to overlook poor customer service.
